At this West Hollywood arrival, chef Micah Wexler (ex Craft, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon) has crafted a menu that leans toward the Middle East, though there’s plenty of influence from the entire Mediterranean region; über-designer Waldo Fernandez has redone the former Sona space with polished wood from Lebanon, brightly colored tiles from Morocco, overhead skylights and stained-glass windows in vibrant reds, blues and greens.
